What happens if I lose my license file?

You can download your license file again at any time from your dashboard. The license is tied to your registered fingerprints, so as long as you have access to your account and your Root CA certificates haven't changed, you can always retrieve a fresh copy.

Recovery Steps

1. Log in to your Signando account
2. Go to your dashboard
3. Select the license you need
4. Click 'Download License'
5. Transfer the file to your air-gapped system
